Medical Assembly in Shakopee, MN | $23.00/hr || Medical assembly experience is needed
Our Medical Assembly workweek is Monday to Thursday with hours starting at 2:30pm until 1:00am This job is a Skilled Industrial type position that that pays $23.00 and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Medical Assembly Duties and Responsibilities –
-Pick hardware items
-Assemble, fit, and install parts to form subassemblies
-Set up and operate machines, testers, and cranes
-Mount and position materials
-Install connectors, plus, wire guides, and more
-Prepare epoxy
-Cut semi-finished parts
-Ccycle counting
-Package some products
-Perform various types of testing
-Assist other departments
-Perform other duties as assigned
Medical Assembly Requirements and Qualifications –
-1 year Medical assembly experience required
-Basic computer skills
-Basic math skills (standard and metric)
-Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
-Aility to follow work instructions accurately
-Ability to do accurate work at a rapid pace
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (writtent and verbal)
-Ability to work well independently as well as with others
-Have attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to follow safety rules
-Basic understanding of inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers,etc)
-Basic understanding of products functions
-Ability to operate pallet jack
