Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:

• Job Title: Maintenance Technician

• Pay Rate Range: $28.00-$29.00/Hour

• Location: St Paul, MN

• Schedule: 2^nd Shift Monday-Thursday 6 Start between 2:30PM & 3PM and end between 1AM & 2AM

• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED.

2. Previous general maintenance experience. 2 years minimum.

3. Working knowledge and proper use of power and hand tools.

4. Working knowledge of equipment such as Drop Packers, Top Sealers, Palletizers, Case Erectors, Blow Molding machines is preferred.

5. Knowledge of Pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and conveyor systems.

6. Ability to lifting 50lbs.

7. Ability to stand for long durations of time.

8. Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.

9. Forklift test will be given on first day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

2. Performs emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment during active operations.

3. Completes daily preventative maintenance (PMs), general maintenance tasks, and routine production line changeovers.

4. Utilizes CCMS and Red Zone systems to document and track repairs, supporting efforts to minimize downtime and improve overall production efficiency.

5. Adheres to all safety standards and ensures a safe working environment at all times.

6. Maintains a clean and organized workstation, including surrounding areas.

7. Provides support to other team members as needed to meet production goals.

8. Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, conduct, and appearance standards.

9. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

10. Communicates effectively and professionally with colleagues across all departments.
