Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Maintenance Technician
• Pay Rate Range: $30.00-$35.00/Hour
• Location: Jordan, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Education/certification or experience with welding.
2. 5 years of experience performing maintenance in a production setting, concrete plants especially.
3. Not afraid to get dirty during their shift. Grease, dirt, and dust.
4. Experience or education in welding is required.
5. Ability to operate, or willingness to learn forklifts.
6. Experience working with concrete production machines.
7. Have any experience in robotics, programming, electronics, or hydraulics is desired but not required.
8. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on automated concrete paver production equipment, such as conveyor systems, and hydraulic systems.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
3. Conducts preventative maintenance according to schedules to maintain equipment reliability and longevity.
4. Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment performance and address any operation concerns promptly.
