Accounting Processor

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Accounting Processor
• Pay Rate Range: $23.00-$27.00/Hour
• Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
• Position Type: Temporary

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. High level of confidentiality is required.
2. Ability to work with Japanese accounting system.
3. Prior experience with SAP and AS400 a plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. This position is predominantly sedentary office work, which involves sitting, typing, filing, and conversing on the phone.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Application process, data entry, monthly closing.
2. Account Payable.
3. Prepare various reports to be submitted to MWR and Head office.
4. Communicate with MWR & Head office accounting departments.
5. Filing.
6. Other duties assigned by GM.
