Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Fee-for-Service | Ocean & Monmouth County, NJ
Award HomeCare is seeking a dedicated and professional RN to join our team on a full time or part time basis. Position Overview:
As a Per Diem RN, you will:
- Conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments
- Develop and update personalized care plans
- Orient and onboard new caregivers in the field
- Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides (HHAs)
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
- Complete documentation in a timely, organized manner
Service Area:
- In-person visits primarily within Ocean and Monmouth Counties, NJ
- Some remote work for documentation and administrative coordination
Compensation (Fee-for-Service):
- $85–$100 per assessment visit
- $40–$50 per supervisory or orientation visit
- Weekly pay

Requirements:
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (home care or community health preferred)

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
- Willingness to work collaboratively with caregivers and office staff
