Position Overview We’re looking for a detail‐oriented, customer‐focused Trophy Shop Associate to support daily shop operations. Key Responsibilities
Design & Production
- Use CorelDRAW to create and edit layouts for trophies, plaques, medals, nameplates, and custom awards
- Prepare engraving files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with production tasks such as assembling trophies and inspecting finished products for quality
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers in-store and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Handle phone sales, answer product questions, and guide customers through ordering
- Suggest add‐on sales such as upgraded materials, engraving options, or additional award items
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude during all customer interactions
Administrative & Organizational Tasks
- Use Excel to track orders, inventory, and job progress
- Document customer specifications, order details, and engraving instructions clearly
- Assist with scheduling production timelines and pickup dates
- Keep the workspace organized and ensure orders move smoothly through each stage
Qualifications
- Must have good math and mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, detail oriented, computer experience, ability to multi- task
- Basic to intermediate experience with CorelDRAW (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Comfortable using Excel for simple spreadsheets and tracking
- Strong communication skills and a customer‐first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‐paced environment
- Attention to detail—accuracy is essential for engraving and personalization
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
