Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of feed mill operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, including heavy machinery and forklifts, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with agricultural specialists to develop feed formulations that meet the nutritional needs of livestock.

- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience operating heavy equipment and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations, particularly regarding tanker operations.
