Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain grain handling and agronomy equipment (elevators, conveyors, dryers, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, structures, and grounds
-
Monitor and report mechanical issues or facility hazards
-
Assist with grain receiving, drying, storing, and loading operations
-
Load and unload trucks with fertilizer, chemicals, seed, and other products
-
Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency
-
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Assist with seasonal operations such as planting and harvest support
-
Other duties as assigned by the location manager or supervisor
What Makes You Qualified?

Able to work overtime and weekends through busy seasons.

Must possess valid driver's license.

Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test.
