Convert Ops is an omni-channel marketing agency specializing in Amazon, eCommerce growth, CRO, retention, and paid media. We partner with brands across categories to drive scalable revenue and unlock long-term growth.
As a Sales Representative, you will play an essential role in fueling our pipeline and supporting our leadership team in closing deals. Responsibilities include:
Prospect Research & Lead Acquisition
- Identify, research, and build targeted lead lists
- Source qualified prospects using LinkedIn, email, and industry tools
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track outreach performance
Meeting Generation & Outreach
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns
- Secure intro calls and discovery meetings with qualified prospects
- Nurture early-stage leads to move them toward booked calls
Sales Call Preparation & Support
- Collaborate with the CEO and President to prepare for sales calls
- Assist with researching each prospect prior to meetings
- Join calls to support the sales process and provide follow-up support
Pipeline & Relationship Support
- Communicate with prospects to keep conversations active
- Share notes, updates, and insights with leadership
- Help ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
This is a commission-only role with highly competitive long-tail earning potential.
You will earn 3% monthly commission for 6 months or more, depending on the size and duration of the client relationship.
There is no cap on earnings – the more revenue you help bring in, the more you earn.
