Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Passionate about holistic health and wellness
- High integrity and commitment to excellence
- Flexible, organized, self-directed, able to multi-task
- Enjoys working with people and collaborating cross-functionally
- Comfortable with technology, cash collection / reconciliation, and scheduling
Responsibilities
- Promote and exemplify holistic health and wellness principles
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Provide incredible customer service and engage with clients in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure consistent and timely open and / or close of business operations
- Manage client care coordination with the approved policies and procedures of Awaken for Wellness, balancing incoming communication, scheduling, and walk-in appointments
- Be accessible and responsive to client needs and requests for information
- Support with facilities management
- Develop and maintain product and service expertise by staying current with our offerings
- Participate in relationship-building or marketing activities sponsored by Awaken
- Attend staff meetings
- Other clerical duties as assigned
Compensation
- Base pay: $37,440
- Year-over-year revenue share, paid out quarterly
- Commission on all product sales (optional)

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Flexible between Woodbury and Hudson locations (primary base in Hudson)
- Expected Hours: 35–40 hours per week
- Schedule Requirements: Evening shifts (2–9 PM) and availability every other weekend are required.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $37,440.00 per year
