Job Title: Sales Assistant, Latin American Markets (Bi-Lingual)

Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
- Prepare sales orders and submit P.O. to CS.
- Price Quotation Input
- Maintain and monitor customer records and customer credit status.
- Monitor delivery status of customer orders and investigate and resolve delivery problems.
- Convey claims and submit CM/CD, depending on the case.
- Develop and issue summary of management reports.
- Update accrual file and submit monthly to AWA.
- Inquire to the different plants about new OE provided by customers.
- Submit request/format to upload new P/N in the system.
- Submit allocation and release request to CS.
- Submit kitting request to Purchasing Department.
- Forward Invoice/BL and give instructions to I/E.
- Maintain verbal and written communication with customers.
- Coordinate with forwarders FCA shipments.
- Coordinate / Shipping Instructions (Direct Shipment) with Customer and Plants (Japan, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, USA, Mexico).
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must be Bi-Lingual, English and Spanish. Fluent, business level communication abilities - writing, reading, and speaking.
- 1 - 2 years of Automotive Aftermarket experience a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
- Computer skills include Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel and other MS applications.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
- Experience and knowledge in Automotive Aftermarket is a plus.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Import/Export processes a plus but not required.
