Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to support efficient production while meeting quality and safety standards.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing the job right. Experience is valuable, but attitude and work ethic matter just as much.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate milling machines, stamping presses, CNC machines, and press brake machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify accuracy of parts
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Work with team members to improve processes and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Document production data and report issues to supervisors
Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience operating milling machines, stamping presses, CNC machines, or press brakes
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with SolidWorks is a plus
