Paralegal – Personal Injury / No-Fault Litigation

Full-Time | On-Site | Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
AW Law Group is a growing Michigan trial law firm focused on aggressive advocacy for car accident victims, slip & fall injuries, and negligence cases, as well as representing medical providers in No-Fault/PIP claims.
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team and support both pre-litigation and active litigation files.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury and No-Fault litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, demands, and correspondence.
- Manage case files from intake through settlement or trial.
- Prepare and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research and investigation related to Michigan No-Fault law.
- Work within our case management system (CloudLex) to track deadlines, tasks, and case status.
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Support trial preparation and attend court hearings as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in Michigan No-Fault / PIP or Personal Injury law (strongly preferred).
- Solid understanding of Michigan No-Fault statutes and litigation procedures.
- Experience with a case management platform — CloudLex experience is a big plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working on-site in our Bloomfield Hills office, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
