Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assemble electronic products according to Production Job requirements, following Production book instructions.
- Make sure electronic test equipment is functioning properly.
- Support Manufacturing Engineer in creating new Production books and verifying accuracy of existing books.
- Support Engineering with product testing.
- Completing tasks in a timely manner while keeping work area clean and organized, and clearly communicating with other staff.
- Assembling and soldering small electrical components.
- 3 years’ experience in electronic manufacturing and assembly including ability to read electronic diagrams and schematics
- Knowledge of digital and analog circuitry.
- Proficiency in using electronic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies etc.
- Proficient in using computers
- Ability to do light mechanical assembly
- 2 year Electronics degree
- Personal/hobby interest in electronics
- Basic understanding of using PC based test software and IC chip programming

- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Epicor – ERP program where you will clock into jobs.
- Physical Demand(s): Can lift up to 20lbs, sitting and stand for reasonable periods of time
- Nimble fingers to hold and assemble small components.
- Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of time. Focusing on small electronic components for extended period of time.
- Hazard(s): Light Manufacturing environment. No steel toes or ear protection required.
