Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a collision repair shop preferred
- Proficiency with CCC One
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability
Some duties and responsibilities are:
- Write detailed estimates and supplements for collision repairs
- Sheet match
- Blueprint vehicles with technicians
- Order parts and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate repair status to customers and provide updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless repair process
