Ultimately, the IT Operations Analyst drives operational excellence through effective incident management, problem-solving, and process automation to support business continuity and growth.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in IT operations, including data migration and network management.Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration and RSA security protocols.Demonstrated expertise in incident management and service desk support.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network , or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.Experience with capacity planning tools and methodologies.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and hybrid IT environments.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvement.Experience working in a large-scale enterprise IT environment.Responsibilities:Manage and execute data migration initiatives ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.Monitor and maintain network connectivity to support uninterrupted business operations.Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support through the service desk, resolving complex technical issues.Administer and maintain Active Directory and RSA security systems to safeguard organizational assets.Develop and implement capacity plans to forecast and accommodate IT infrastructure needs.Lead incident management processes, including root cause analysis and timely resolution of IT incidents.Create and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges and optimize IT services.Skills:The required skills are applied daily to ensure the stability and security of IT operations.
