- establishing operating models, and success metrics, and implementing innovation frameworks and best practices aligned with existing technology standards.
- Designs, develops, and deploys AI solutions that enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and drive innovation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, gather requirements, prepare data, select, train, validate,
- and deploy AI models and applications.
- Develops roadmaps that prioritize impactful innovation initiatives while fostering knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration,
- and sustainable adoption across the organization.
- Continuously evaluates emerging AI technologies, research, and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI
- innovation and delivers measurable business value.
- This role is innovation and cultural change management first, collaboration with the teams implementing AI second.
