JOB SUMMARY
Primary responsibilities include providing leadership and logistical support for the AVT Productions Santa Clara warehouse. Manage and implement safe and efficient processes to run an Audio-Visual Equipment Warehouse. Collaborate professionally with AVT Productions departments and vendors to service all shipping and receiving logistics and inventory workflows.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee resources to proactively ensure high-quality service delivery while striving for continuous improvement.
- Possess advanced experience with logistics (transportation/warehousing), shipping/receiving, and knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Responsible for the physical packing of trucks, ensuring proper loading procedures are performed
- Manage and oversee AVT Productions' fleet of trucks and vans – including preventative maintenance and vehicle safety programs
- Manage equipment inventory, subrentals, and pickup and delivery schedule
- Manage Warehouse Budget
- Provide immediate response to requests for assistance to events in progress.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing the warehouse safety program.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading, Managing, and Accountability of warehouse team members
- Hire and supervise full and part-time staff and manage their workflow.
- Responsible for the quality of service delivered by warehouse techs and drivers
- Responsible for developing warehouse processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong understanding of the AV Industry, Staging, and Production Services
- Experience managing and scheduling employees
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience with electronic asset management software
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations as they relate to class “A” & “B” drivers
- Experience with shipping and logistics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail required.
- Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and be on-call as necessary.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the organization
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Capability to stand, kneel, and/or crouch for long periods of time
- Capability to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Capability to lift & move an excess of 50lbs unassisted as is necessary in the normal flow of the day-to-day workload.
- Capability to lift 100lbs with assistance

- Capability to work in hot, humid environments

PAY & BENEFITS
Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE
Benefits: 100% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums up to $1,400 monthly paid.
401K: 4% Employer 401K Match
PTO: 15 days per year
