Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO for an Inside Sales Support specialist. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales operations, and supporting the inside sales team. This role requires maintaining client relationships, assisting with order processing, and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.
This role is a great introduction to the seed and ag world and offers hands-on exposure to how seed moves from production to customer. You’ll gain experience working with seed processing, inventory, documentation, and internal teams—building a strong foundation for a long-term career in agriculture. Prior ag experience is helpful, but not required; curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn go a long way.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales Operations to manage and support sales processes effectively
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO and contribute to daily team operations
- Proficiency in order management systems and basic computer software
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
