Job Description:

SAP SD / FI-AR Data Steward (Order-to-Cash)

Owns customer, product, sales order and receivables data across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

Data objects owned: Customer Master Data, Credit Master, Product Master Data (master data); AR Balances, Open Sales Orders (transactional).

Responsibilities:

• Cleanse, de-duplicate and map customer master data, including partner functions, sales area data, payment terms and tax data.
• Map and validate credit master data (credit limits, risk categories) and product master data for sales.
• Validate open sales orders for completeness, pricing and delivery status before load.
• Reconcile open AR balances to the GL customer reconciliation accounts before and after load.
• Work with Sales Operations, Credit and AR teams to resolve customer and open-document issues.

Role-specific skills:

• Strong SAP SD and FI-AR knowledge.
• S/4HANA Business Partner (BP) customer conversion and SAP Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR) experience preferred.
• Experience migrating open sales orders and AR open items.
