Floor Installer — AVS Flooring (Flowood, MS)
AVS Flooring is a growing flooring company serving the Jackson metro and all of Mississippi. We’re hiring an experienced Floor Installer to join our installation crews. We provide the company truck, weekly gas, and all major tools — you bring the skill and show up ready to work.

What you’ll do:
- Install LVP, laminate, hardwood, carpet, and tile in homes and businesses
- Surface prep: tear-out, self-leveler, subfloor repair
- Trim work including quarter round and transitions
- Work on a crew, clock in/out daily, and keep jobsites clean and professional
- Document job progress with photos using our CompanyCam app
What we’re looking for:
- Flooring installation experience (hardwood, LVP, carpet, or tile)
- Reliable transportation to our Flowood shop and dependable attendance
- Able to lift heavy materials and be on your knees/feet all day
- Takes pride in clean, quality work
- Willing to learn our systems and standards
