Role Overview
We are seeking a BIM Specialist to join our team in the Central Valley (Fresno/Clovis/Visalia area). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models that support both building and process engineering workflows. This role is critical in bridging engineering, architecture, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural, architectural, and process engineering projects.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary models (structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and process systems) to identify and resolve conflicts.
- Support project managers and engineers with accurate documentation and model-based deliverables for both building and industrial facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to optimize constructability, process layouts, and site logistics.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in BIM/Revit modeling for building and/or process projects.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM software.
- Familiarity with process equipment layouts, piping systems, and industrial workflows.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the Fresno/Clovis/Visalia area.
