We are looking for a leader who knows how to foster a workplace where people want to be and empower the team to take profound pride in their craft while driving high service excellence.As a Regional Robot Service Manager, you'll:Direct day-to-day robot service operations across multiple regional sites, fostering a highly organized, positive work environment where technicians enjoy their jobs and take pride in their work.Champion metrics, ensuring consistent service quality, attention to detail, safety compliance, and operational uptime.Act as the regional expert in technical issues and provide remote technical assistance and on-site troubleshooting for complex mechanical, electromechanical, and network issues.Manage, train, and support service technicians and site leads. Draw on your leadership background to set clear expectations and standards.Apply deep knowledge of advanced networks and HV systems to robotics troubleshooting and maintenance.Coordinate parts inventory, tooling, and equipment readiness, ensuring all sites are running as a top-tier shop.Travel frequently between sites to provide on-site leadership, audits, and operational support.Work with central operations, engineering, and safety teams to implement process improvements and track key performance metrics regarding service health and risks.
