Every vehicle and every team member plays a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and reliability around the clock.Position SummaryThe Fleet Associate is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, charging, and performing light technical inspections on Avride’s autonomous vehicle fleet. This role ensures that every vehicle is connected, updated, and ready for deployment, addressing both cleanliness and basic maintenance needs to support daily fleet performance.Morning Shift Friday – Wednesday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMKey Responsibilities:Detailing: Wash and detail vehicles inside and out, including windows, interior surfaces, and cargo areas.Sensor Care: Clean and inspect high-tech sensors and cameras according to precision standards.Charging & Data: Ensure vehicles are properly charged on-site and connected to the network for log uploads.Mechanical Checks: Conduct basic inspections (tire pressure, lights, fluid levels, wipers, etc.).Light Maintenance: Perform minor tasks such as replacing wiper blades or topping off fluids.Logistics: Safely move vehicles (porter duties) around the lot and in/out of charging bays.Reporting: Maintain accurate digital logs of inspections and report any safety issues to the engineering team.
