About The Role

What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and craft strategic, proactive sourcing plans.
- Identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, networking, events, job boards, etc.).
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiations—while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Avride, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities to prospective talent.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate workflows.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and iterate on approaches for improved outcomes.
- Manage and optimize relationships with third-party agencies when needed.
- 5 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency settings.
- Deep knowledge of technical roles and modern technologies (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps).
- Proven ability to creatively source passive candidates and close them in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
- Self-starter with a startup mentality: you’re resourceful, enthusiastic, adaptable, and thrive without a playbook.
- Passion for building processes and scaling recruitment operations from the ground up.
- Experience recruiting for C and machine learning engineers
- Passion for robotics, autonomy, ML
- Experience hiring for engineers at top tier global companies
