Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the front of house, including dining room and bar areas.- Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house areas.- Enforce restaurant policies and maintain high service standards.- Handle administrative tasks, including inventory, ordering, and staff performance reviews.
