Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented Custodian / Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of one of our commercial bank accounts. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks across different areas. Background checks will be required.
Schedule is Monday - Friday (Friday can be covered over the weekend) with cleaning being completed between 5:30 PM - 12:30 AM. Scheduled hours will be 40 hours bi-weekly / 20 hours weekly (4 hours nightly).
General Cleaning Responsibilities:
- Empty Trash & Recycling
- Dust Offices, Window Sills & Office Furniture
- Wipe Down Surfaces in Lobby Area & Teller Line
- Wipe Down Surfaces in Bathrooms & Kitchens
- Stock Bathrooms & Kitchen Areas
- Wipe Down Entry Windows
- Clean Floors & Stairs: Thoroughly Sweep & Mop Floors
- Vacuum All Carpeted Areas
- Make sure maintenance/supply room stays organized
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
