Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across various surfaces and areas within homes.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to ensure optimal results without damaging surfaces.
- Manage floor cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, floor care, and outdoor work when necessary.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties like organizing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and address any special requests or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred; janitorial experience is a plus.

This is a 1099 position and contractors are responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies and transportation. Contractors must maintain professional standards, and complete assigned jobs in a timely and dependable manner. This is an independent contractor position, not an employee position, and contractors will be responsible for their own taxes and applicable business expenses.
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
