Annual Compensation begins between $200k - $300k & is a combination of base salary production bonuses. Equity is gifted in this role! Salary is guaranteed, no negative accrual. Varies depending on the style of the hospital you desire to lead (GP/Shelter/Specialty/ER), location, experience, production, & hours worked.
