Avon Place is currently seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Respiratory Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. The primary focus of this full-time position is to complete patient assessments, determine need, provide appropriate respiratory treatments, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate respiratory status and determine medical need.
Develop and carry out appropriate treatment plans in accordance with provider orders, clinical protocols, and standards of care.
Administer respiratory treatments and monitor patient response.
Document assessments, treatments, outcomes, and changes in condition accurately and promptly.
Communicate findings and coordinate care with providers, patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
Follow all safety, infection-control, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong assessment, clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills.
Respiratory care experience preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.
