Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility with a 30 bed post-acute/rehab unit. Our Facility has an excellent reputation in the community and we are looking for caring persons to provide leadership and drive the quality care we are known for to our residents.:
$21.00 to $22.00/hour $3 shift differential
