We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing orders and maintaining data integrity within our systems. Responsibilities
- Transcribe and input customer orders into the system with high accuracy.
- Type and maintain records of orders, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to organize data and generate reports as needed.
- Perform data collection tasks to support inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Assist in the clerical duties related to order processing, including filing and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel and other computer applications; familiarity with data entry systems is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate transcriptions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
