Join our dynamic team as a server. We are looking for very reliable and responsible servers.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with the kitchen and bar staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; experience with bussing and guest services is valued
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
