We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Provider Relations Specialist to join our team in Cocoa, FL. This individual will play a key role in supporting and managing our nationwide provider network by onboarding, training, and maintaining strong partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Onboard new providers into our network, ensuring accurate credentialing and documentation.

Train new providers on company processes, systems, and service expectations.

Serve as the first point of contact for provider-related issues, concerns, and complaints; work to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with providers nationwide.

Monitor provider performance and compliance with company policies and service standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen provider engagement and enhance network performance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in provider relations, customer service, account management, or a related field.
