Job description

General Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
- Prepare a variety of food, Meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold food items.
- knowledge of butchering meat and fish.
- Use food preparation tools according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at walk in to assure a smooth service period.
- Assist all duties assigned by the Chef de cuisine or Sous Chefs.
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.

- Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
- Prepares items for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
- Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing protocol made per station.
Cook Assistant:
- Prepare Cold Press Juices
- Prepare Shakes
- Prepare Yogurt, Acai
- Prepares Bowls Base
- Following the Recipe
Requirements

- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Valid US work Permit
