We are looking for German Speaking Customer Service Agent! Our fantastic team of customer service individuals are enthusiastic, results driven individuals with a positive attitude towards helping provide our customers with a first class service every time! This is a fast-paced environment where as a people person wanting to deliver for the customer you can take ownership of the call and make a difference. Don't worry, you don't need to know anything about electronics! Your customer service skills and ability to cross sell, up-sell and passion for learning is all we need, and we will teach you the rest! What is in it for you? Fluency in German and English Language Previous experience in a Contact Center / Business Center and / or face to face customer service Excellent telephone manners and being able to connect with the customer to promote and offer solutions quickly Proficient level of English language, written and verbal Knowledge of Computer – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to learn quickly Able to remain calm and diplomatic at all times Passionate about learning new things is key! What will you be doing? May provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers (including order expediting, stock queries, reporting and stock rotation). May Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws.
