- Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Route items to departments.
- Examine incoming shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
- Ensure compliance with the Avmax Montana RSQCM.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- General upkeep of the receiving area.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Genial, friendly manner.
- HS Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Aviation experience is preferred.
