Avli is looking for a full-time lead prep cook.

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items for the daily menu of an events team offering a variety of cuisines in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Ability to read and interpret prep lists and prepare to required quantities
- Responsible for the correct food preparation of each recipe
- Receive and store product on a daily basis including meat, seafood, produce, dry goods, and beverages
- Clean and maintain prep area in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Schedule:
Must be available to work various hours, days, and shifts, including nights and weekends. Primarily a daytime shift.
