Seeking Experienced Maintenance Technician in McAllen, TX
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Tech to join our commercial property management team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and appearance of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Other qualifications include: general plumbing repairs, roofing and patch work, painting and touch-ups, basic electrical and maintenance tasks...some landscaping experience necessary. You will be responsible for driving to various plazas for service calls and performing daily general maintenance tasks. Reliable transportation is necessary. You must be fluent in English, please. Background check is required. M-F (Occasional weekends On-Call) HVAC experience & knowledge is highly requested. Must email resume to propertymanagement@avllp.com
