Why This Role Exists

At Aviva Senior Living, we believe people choose communities because of the experiences they have long before they ever move in. As the Community Marketing & Brand Ambassador, you will be the public face of Aviva Port St. Lucie—building brand awareness, creating memorable experiences, strengthening community partnerships, generating qualified leads for tours, and helping drive occupancy growth. You'll work side-by-side with the Executive Director to make Aviva the most recognized and trusted senior living community in the market.


What You'll Own

• Develop and execute community marketing initiatives that increase awareness throughout the Treasure Coast.

• Generate qualified leads that convert into scheduled tours through networking, events, referral relationships, digital marketing, and grassroots outreach.

• Plan and execute resident appreciation events, family events, holiday celebrations, educational seminars, networking mixers, open houses, vendor events, and community festivals.

• Represent Aviva at health fairs, Chamber events, civic organizations, churches, senior organizations, physician offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and local businesses.

• Build referral partnerships that consistently produce prospective residents and family tours.

• Own the community's social media presence including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.

• Create weekly content including resident stories, employee recognition, photos, videos, event promotion, and educational content.

• Coordinate local advertising, sponsorships, public relations opportunities, press releases, and promotional campaigns.

• Protect and elevate the Aviva brand by ensuring consistent messaging and presentation across every touchpoint.

• Partner with the Activities team to create memorable resident experiences while capturing engaging content that showcases community life.

• Support recruiting and employer branding by highlighting company culture and employee recognition on LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Monitor online reviews and help strengthen Aviva's reputation.

• Track lead sources, tours generated, event attendance, social engagement, referral growth, and marketing ROI.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, public relations, event management, or community outreach.

• Strong networking, relationship-building, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and digital content.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Valid driver's license with ability to attend local events and occasional evenings/weekends.
