A Day in the Life
One hour you may be interviewing an outstanding caregiver. Next, you're welcoming new hires during orientation, celebrating an employee milestone, coaching leaders on hiring best practices, organizing an engagement event, meeting with a local college to build talent pipelines, or conducting stay interviews with high-performing employees. No two days are alike—and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Employer Branding
- Create a best-in-class candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Develop recruiting pipelines through networking, referrals, schools, and community partnerships.
- Represent Aviva at career fairs, hiring events, and community organizations.
- Promote Aviva as an Employer of Choice through employee stories and local outreach.
Orientation & Onboarding
- Deliver engaging orientation experiences that inspire confidence from day one.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and 30/60/90-day follow-ups.
- Partner with leaders to ensure every new employee has the tools and support to succeed.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Lead recognition, appreciation, wellness, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct stay and exit interviews to improve retention.
- Champion Aviva's Core Values and cultivate a positive workplace.
Leadership Partnership
- Coach leaders on interviewing and hiring best practices.
- Monitor turnover, time-to-fill, and engagement metrics.
- Support employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives.
