We’re currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator (RN) to join our Education Department at our Bucyrus location.
Position Overview
Provides assistance with the operational and educational activities. Consults with clinical educators, staff, physicians and the Director of Nursing on the organization’s educational requirements to ensure patient and staff needs are met. Assists with developing educational policies and procedures. Serves as a resource person to staff and management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Current state of Ohio Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or currently enrolled and will obtain within 6 months).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience required.
Preferred:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a clinical educator.
- ACLS and PALS certification.
- Certified as a BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor.
