We’re currently seeking a dedicated Physician Office Manager to join our Health Services Department at our Ontario location.

Position Overview

Responsible for the management of staff and oversight of clinic operations; for the enforcement of clinic policies and procedures as well as managing the daily operations of the office while ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

Required:

• Five or more years of previous hospital experience in all aspects of business office functions.
• Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field.
• Certified Medical Coder.
• Certified Medical Office Manager.
• Knowledge of the accrediting body and state regulations.
