We’re currently seeking a dedicated Medical Records Analyst to join our Medical Records Department at our Ontario location.
Position Overview
Contributes to patient care and hospital operations by organizing and maintaining accurate and confidential health information in the patient’s medical record; Responds to requests timely according to hospital policy, state and federal regulations; Registers all births with The Bureau of Vital Statistics.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Active Ohio Notary Public credentials or receive within six (6) months of employment.
