Core Responsibilities
Strategic Scheduling: Orchestrate all work activities with subcontractors to establish and maintain a coherent, logical, and rigorous work schedule.
Quality & Compliance: Directly supervise personnel and subcontractors to ensure all work strictly adheres to project drawings, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
Site Inspections: Conduct daily, meticulous inspections of the project site to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery of all phases.
Resource Procurement: Proactively manage on-time requisitions of materials and resources to eliminate downtime and maintain project momentum.
Quality Assurance: Set the bar for craftsmanship by ensuring all subcontractor outputs meet or exceed the client’s high-quality standards.
Team Integration: Serve as the primary on-site lead, collaborating with a diverse project team and navigating complex challenges under high-pressure conditions.
Candidate Requirements
