SUMMARY: Seeking a High School intern who is at least 16 years of age and has a desire to learn the business and marketing side of the healthcare industry. The internship provides an opportunity for students to explore a future career possibility in the Senior Living/Assisted Living industry as well as gain real-world work experience.Interns may work up to a maximum of ten (10) hours per week. This is a temporary position and starts at $14.35 an hour.

- Assist our Marketing & Sales Directors with projects for each of our 32 communities.
- Assist our Recruitment Director with writing and formatting job ads, while learning interviewing skills and processes.
- Assist our HR and Accounting teams with data entry and various business projects.
- Assist our front office staff with answering phones, mailings, and invoices.
- Perform assigned duties specific to the operational needs of the corporate office.
Demonstrated Knowledge of:
- Operating a personal computer utilizing standard software such as Microsoft Office and Google.
- Basic clerical procedures.
- Working independently or under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Interacting with people in a professional setting.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to problem solve.
