Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process across assigned communities
- Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasting, including variance analysis and updates
- Partner with operators to ensure alignment between financial targets and operational expectations
- Build and maintain pro-forma financial models for acquisitions, new developments, and strategic initiatives
- Support deal flow analysis, including scenario modeling and sensitivity testing
- Evaluate financial viability and performance expectations of potential opportunities
- Execute data analytics projects to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers across communities
- Develop actionable insights to support operational improvement and cost optimization
- Partner with leadership to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Maintain and analyze operational dashboards (including SeniorLytics or similar platforms)
- Monitor key performance indicators across occupancy, revenue, labor, and expenses
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools
- Prepare recurring financial reports for leadership and operational teams
- Develop end-of-month financial commentary for communities, including variance explanations and key drivers
- Support executive reporting needs with clear, concise financial insights
- Identify cost reduction opportunities across labor, supplies, and operational expenses
- Support implementation of cost control strategies in partnership with regional and community leaders
- Track savings initiatives and measure financial impact over time
- Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive requests as needed
- Provide financial modeling and analytical support for business decisions
