You’ll be a key partner to the Dining Services Director, helping ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality front-of-house operations.
💛 What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional table service while building meaningful, one-on-one relationships with residents
- Lead and support servers during shifts, setting the tone for energy, professionalism, and kindness
- Prepare for each shift in advance, ensuring staff readiness, proper setup, and smooth service flow
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating server coverage
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to ensure consistency and success
- Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Oversee sanitation practices and compliance with food safety standards
- Support kitchen operations and maintain a clean, sanitary environment
- Partner with the Dining Services Director to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help create a culture where residents feel valued, heard, and genuinely cared for
- Step in wherever needed to keep service running efficiently and seamlessly
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences

- Food Handler’s Permit (required)
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Previous customer service experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday | 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
