✨ About the Role

As a Dining Services Supervisor (Lead Server), you’ll lead by example—balancing hands-on service with leadership responsibilities. You’ll ensure our residents receive an outstanding dining experience while supporting, coaching, and guiding the serving team to success.

This role arrives ahead of service periods to prepare the team and environment—ensuring servers are set up for success and residents receive a seamless, high-quality dining experience from the very start.

You’ll be a key partner to the Dining Services Director, helping ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality front-of-house operations.

💛 What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional table service while building meaningful, one-on-one relationships with residents
• Lead and support servers during shifts, setting the tone for energy, professionalism, and kindness
• Prepare for each shift in advance, ensuring staff readiness, proper setup, and smooth service flow
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating server coverage
• Train, mentor, and coach team members to ensure consistency and success
• Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Oversee sanitation practices and compliance with food safety standards
• Support kitchen operations and maintain a clean, sanitary environment
• Partner with the Dining Services Director to ensure smooth daily operations
• Help create a culture where residents feel valued, heard, and genuinely cared for
• Step in wherever needed to keep service running efficiently and seamlessly

• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Previous customer service experience required; leadership experience preferred
  
  

⏰ Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday | 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  
  

💲 Pay

• $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
