The Summit at Sunland Springs is looking for receptionist to join our team. This is a PRN or PART TIME opprotunity.
Shifts available:
Part Time: Saturdays and Sundays 2pm-8pm
PRN: Available n weekdays and weekends from 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm.
The Receptionist is responsible for facilitating resident and guest enjoyment by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests.
We are searching for an outstanding individuals with excellent customer service skills. You must be able to multi-task and love to work in a “fast-paced” and “positive” work environment. This vibrant receptionist will be focused on customer service and one who truly enjoys interacting with seniors. Please be responsible/dependable, goal-driven and an autonomous self-starter with an entrepreneurial passion and drive to reach the pinnacle of success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer telephones, direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
- Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
- Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc.
- Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency
- Document in the logbook any significant incidents
- Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service is highly desired
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Upbeat and positive team player attitude
- Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
- Proactive customer service approach
- Microsoft and computer knowledge
