What You’ll Do

As our Weekend Cook, you will:

• Prepare and cook meals for our senior living residents

• Ensure food is both delicious and visually appealing

• Plate and present meals with care and pride

• Follow menu standards while maintaining flexibility for special diets

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen

• Work closely with your team to ensure smooth meal service

• Interact respectfully and kindly with residents and staff

You’re not just cooking — you’re helping create meaningful moments around the table.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

• Holds a current Food Handler’s Permit

• Has experience in senior living, hospitality, or the restaurant industry

• Has a customer-focused mindset

• Loves working with seniors (this is essential)

• Takes pride in food presentation and quality

• Brings positive energy and a team-player attitude

• Works well in a fast-paced kitchen

• Is dependable and punctual

• Can lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Understands and adheres to all local and state food safety regulations

• Maintains a clean, sanitary work environment

• Communicates clearly and professionally
